Life Skills Education

We have worked with schools, NGO's and youth organizations over past 15 years to develop lifeskill courses specifically focusing on the following four dimension empowerment (self-awareness, communication, and resilience), citizenship skills (participation and empathy), employability skills (negotiation and decision making), and learning skills (problem-solving, creativity, and critical thinking). Developing these skills can lead to personal empowerment, social transformation, equity, gender equality, and a knowledge society.

Our courses are aligned to the New education policy (NEP) 2020 of India which has placed significant emphasis on the development of life skills among students and integration across all levels of education, from primary to higher education. This includes the development of skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, and communication.  Further the NEP advocates for the expansion of vocational education programs, which are aimed at developing practical skills that can be applied in the workplace. This includes the development of skills such as entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and digital literacy.
